一、举报受理范围（Scope of Report Acceptance）
任何员工发现或知悉任何违反或疑似违反公司合规管理制度、政策或要求的行为，无论情节是否重大，应及时通过公开渠道向公司合规管理机构进行举报。
Any employee who is aware of any violation or suspected violation of the Company's compliance management policies, policies or requirements,regardless of whether the circumstances are significant or not, shall promptly report to the Company's Compliance Management Division through public channels.
